One of the main frustrations students face when taking an exam is not understanding how to get from the question to an answer which is worth all of the marks available.
In OCR GCSE Business it is especially easy to write well structured answers and only achieve around 1/3 of the marks available. This is usually down to a lack of context in the answer, or moving too quickly from point to conclusion, without first discussing impacts, consequences, advantages or disadvantages.
The lesson at the bottom of this post hopefully goes some way to making the process of answering longer questions abundantly clear, students should understand that there is a clear, logical progression that each of their answers should follow and that if they stick to this structure they should be able to obtain all of the marks for 3, 7 and 9 mark questions.
Feel free to download and use the lesson and associated worksheet to help your students structure their answers.

Clearly this is just the beginning and the site does not contain a great deal at present, but as it grows we will include:
At present, the site contains all our lessons for 1.1 and 1.2 for the first unit - Business activity, marketing and people.
As the site is update we'll post here to make it clear what has changed/been added.
